Rating raised due to her response and efforts. I stopped in today to buy a quart of hand packed chocolate with peanut butter and they told me they don't sell hand packs anymore. The excuse given was that they "don't have the containers and haven't had them for months" depite the fact that I bought them there just a couple weeks ago. It's on the menu, I just think they don't want to bother doing the work it takes to make it. The place is always empty and I think they want to get back to doing nothing...

It was their fist week open, so it didn't bother me much. Tonight we got there and the lobby was closed but drive through was open. We sat in line a while but when we got to the kiosk we waited an additional 10 minutes. Cars behind us started to leave the driverhrough lane. My kids and I eventually just left without ordering. We will just drive the extra distance to Freddie's. :(

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
