And the variety of flavors available kept me trying to decide which one to pick for far too long. All was great until I asked the staff to make something that wasn’t in the menu. I guess mixing daiquiri ice and Starry is too hard. Oh well, I guess everything can’t be perfect.

I was given a waffle bowl that was sitting out on the counter.. the cup was dirty and the waffle bowl itself was stale. I was further grossed out by the flies in the establishment.. Since I was given a cone that was sitting out on the counter I couldn't help but think the fly was possibly on it. Needless to say I threw away my ice cream and we left .. I was so disappointed..

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
