  My daughter visited this Arby's on Monday. She received her food but they forgot to give her the drinks and her receipt. She called the Arby's and the manager apologized and left her name so she could come back anytime and get her drinks. She went back today and the manager told her no he was not giving her her drinks and was very rude and disrespectful. She wasn't asking for food or some big order. Just her drinks she paid for. She even showed him her bank account the transaction and location. She even showed him the phone # on her phone showing she had called the Arby's and he said she was lying. This is horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Arby's you I can do better. It was 2 drinks. The manager felt it was a better option to lose a customer. Do not visit this Arby's!!!

  Used to be my favorite restaurant, my mother showed me. I feel the quality has gone down. Meat is not as fresh anymore.

  Service was great and the Big Cheesy Bacon burger was delicious as was the seasoned curly fries.

  Siempre es lo mismo rn la sucursal fe potranco.pido en línea para cuando llegue ya estén listas y cuando llegas se tardan en atenderte aun cuando no hay gente. Y tienen las órdenes incompletas te hacen esperar y te atienden de mala gana siempre andan con sus caras largas

  Ordered three classic sandwiches and three cups of cheese. Received three sandwiches with cheese on them and only one side of cheese. Didn’t get what I paid for and got cheese on sandwiches I didn’t ask for. Just fulfill the order as ordered and don’t try to guess what I want.
