Her customer service was spot on—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It was truly a breath of fresh air, especially in a time when great customer service can be hard to find. As an operational leader, I couldn’t help but notice how well she represented Arby’s. She is someone I would absolutely elevate and highlight as a model for other employees to learn from. Because of the wonderful service we received, we will definitely be returning more often.
