  Staff were all young gentlemen that worked very diligently and got our food out promptly and correctly which makes a huge difference when you have a toddler. Thank you guys.

  It does take a few minutes for your order to be ready in comparison to some other fast food places however, the customer service is great, and the food is always hot and delicious.

  If I could give you zero stars I would!! We went in and stood there, nobody came to the counter to take our order. When we walked in there were two employees at the drink machine and while we were looking at the menu, poop they were gone. Stood there and watched and waited and decided to leave. I guess business is so good that they didn’t want or need ours. We went two doors down to Taco Bell, where they were happy to help us!

  12/28/2026 9:45-10:05PM Horrible experience. I pulled up to the drive thru ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. And wasn’t even informed that there wouldnt be any vegetables with the sandwich. Lo and behold I pull up to the window, no one was there, window was closed. So I thought there was another window. I had to go around. A car already went in front of me. I, as an educated individual, apologized to the driver thru agent for going around and she didn’t even acknowledge me at all. Very very disrespectful. I wasted $11.83. If you don’t wanna waste money and be treated with respect, don’t come here. In fact, I’m re thinking ever going to ANY Arby’s. Update*** Even the link you sent me in the reply. It doesn’t work. Anyways i hope you take my review seriously; as i said in the grievance i tried to submit. These lady, who was probably the manager, along with his partner should be transferred to Burger King or Jack in the box.

  Ordered the advertused 4 for $13.99 classic roast beef sandwiches and was charged $5.55 for each one.
