I brought it to the attention of the crew leader, and instead of apologizing or correcting the situation, her attitude came across as, “Order or don’t. Take your business elsewhere if you want.” No acknowledgment, no accountability. I normally enjoy coming to Seven Brew, but this experience was disappointing and honestly pretty disrespectful. If this is the level of customer service being offered now, it needs attention — fast.
