  Wuaooo The service is great, and the food is delicious and served hot 😋. It is very clean and pleasant. The service is good; the employees chat with you while taking your order. I love the cashier—she is very friendly—and the manager, Yulimar, is also very kind. Thank you!

  Order wrong. Order corrected- incorrectly! I know what a chicken leg looks like… she never provided a leg so I paid for something I never got!! Forgot tortillas- no biggie it just added up to the totality of my visit here! Floor was so wet by the drinks- caution sign up but remained slippery. Just started working at the mall a week ago and have made this my Go To place everyday! First time was $13.??- second time was $6..$ and today was $11.?? Without a drink, one chicken breast ( no leg that I ordered!) side salad and a scoop of potatoes no gravy…. Same order every time! I figured- forget it feeling a little aggravated by this time and short changed/ ripped off and she didn’t bother to bring me the leg is what tipped the scale as she had time to wipe the tables right by me, she should have brought the darn leg… so, thanks to El Pollo restaurant for the Dr. Pepper I took upon myself to pour myself “ a free drink!” So, even exchange…? A Dr. Pepper in my own cup for a chicken leg/ and a young lady with a crummy, unapologetic in any way, shape or form and an attitude problem. Everyone has bad days so I’ll be back but I hope she’s not working tomorrow too! She did give me some coupons after I ordered, so she must want me to come back, right. Btw, this was at 3:00 in the afternoon. I’m going to give it another try tomorrow and see what happens. If it’s a repeat and I leave feeling cheated and unbeknownst to her••• I SPEAK PERFECT SPANISH ••• like I mentioned above, she was a rude young lady !! ( in Spanish, of course!) The one welcoming smile I did get from as from the lady who was from the lady working by what I think was the chip/ tortilla area. I think it was partially in agreement/ sympathy as to how this One Hour lunch break was going for me but I appreciated it very much as I’m not a complainer, I’ve been in the restaurant/ bar/ customer service industry for almost 40 years to date! I know “ restaurant rude” when I see it and the young lady surpassed the restaurant rude way above and beyond. I’m well aware that I’m not eating at a 5 Star restaurant but for $14/$7/$12, I could certainly be eating somewhere where I wasn’t treated like an idiot and all served up with a hefty dose of rudeness! So disappointed at my lunch break. Now, back to my job in sales where I greet everyone with a smile and full service- no matter what!!!’ Because it’s the job I’ve Chosen to be in as I love pleasing people and aim to make them happy!! If this should make it back to the young lady I’d like to let her know that life is way too short to be an ugly person and it’s very contagious! As is HAPPINESS!! Spread that around please young lady or go work somewhere you don’t HAVE TO deal with the public!

  Came to eat lunch and it was nasty. Never again not even if I was hungry. I went up to the register the cashier couldn’t tell me what was the popular item. She didn’t understand English 🫣!!

  First time at Pollo loco so my apologies for not posting hours of operation but I believe they are daily. Dine in or drive thru my first experience was awesome young man at the windows was professional and knowledgeable and understood it was my first visit. TY young man great service.Chicken was fall off the bone kudos the pit master that day

  I normally don’t have any problems going here but if it’s 9 o’clock (two hours to close) and I come through and ask for a two piece with two chicken breast and you tell me you can’t do that because you “don’t have enough chicken” That just sounds like some weird made up excuse
