  I love Dutch bros for their customer service and seasonal drinks! No matter what location, everyone always greets me and asks me about my day. I now live by this location and am happy to find out that every visit so far has been amazing. I wanted to leave a review since the experience is always positive. Before I start, I would like to add that I went through some other reviews. Some of the one star reviews are based on one experience compared to an overall experience had at the location. Some have mentioned that the workers are ALWAYS great, but then experience one bad visit and took it to one star. Dominic’s customer service, I went today and forgot what I planned to order. Dominic came over and helped me figure out the drink and was nice about it. I felt embarrassed not remembering and they had a long line already. I asked Dominic if he would recommend the banana loaf or the waffle and instead of sounding annoyed or rushing me to order, he sounded so sweet about it and said something along the lines of, “oh the waffle for sure! All the way waffle”. I loved the enthusiasm and decided to order the waffle. I can be an indecisive person so I appreciate all the help when ordering. The whole interaction he was polite and told me to have an amazing day. Most will say that people are only nice for tips, but I have two jobs right now at a coffee shop and as a bartender, and I’ve seen how my coworkers are. It surprises me with how rude some of my coworkers can be at work when they expect to make money in tips. They have a don’t care attitude and I see it at other places I visit as well. This has never been the case at Dutch bros with the experience and customer service they give always feels genuine, which is why I’m taking the time to post this review. Sarena’s customer service, She greeted me when I pulled up. I will admit I’m recovering from being sick, lack of sleep, two jobs, student, and have a five year old so I’m all over the place and not feeling great. I tried not to look too much or talk. I barely got myself out of the house and didn’t feel presentable. She told me my order and I thought I heard correctly, but something about the drink sounded off. I wasn’t too sure and didn’t say anything. When I turned back to look at her she was leaned over the counter and asked me if I had any plans for the day. I was hesitant since my schedule is all over the place, but I managed to tell her some of the plans and then told her all of what I’m working with having homework, errands, deadlines, etc. She was very sweet about it and didn’t turn away, she just stayed talking. I sounded confused about it since I tend to push off everything and tend to figure everything out last minute due to stress, but then it worked as a layout for me with talking about my plans. I ended up appreciating the kindness from her and it goes to show how small talk and someone’s generosity can go a long way. I asked her about the drink I ordered and she then told me the milk was different and I apologized and told her I should’ve caught it when she first told me, but I had wanted to try the drink the way it comes and wasn’t sure how the milk got changed. She apologized even though it wasn’t her fault and as the drink was already about to be called, she put it to the side and they remade the drink with no issues. That’s something I really appreciate since I see this at our coffee shop often. I’ve seen some of the girls I work with get upset during those situations. They take the drink back without saying a word to remake it, set it on the bar and walk away without handing off. All the jobs I’ve held are customer service oriented so having that work experience and not seeing it when I go out often, I can really appreciate it when I come across it. As for food, my boyfriend made a comment about the sandwiches being good but small. Compared to most places you get the same size for double the price. Definitely prefer here over other places!

  This is my favorite Dutch bros , the customer service is amazing , I was able to be greeted by Evan at the drive threw who was kind , helpful , polite , but also quick to get us through the drive threw and right to our Delicious coffee, will definitely be coming back here .

  I love this place amazing drinks and customer service Evan helped us today and made excellent suggestions and was very kind i would cone back just for the service he provided us with he was amazing!

  Tey & Evan were the MOST helpful. I came requesting 22 gift cards and they were the most patience and kind. I was never a Dutch bros goer before but because of them I will come here all the time. I cannot express how thankful I am for them and their help right before closing. They went above and beyond and will this location MY GO TO.
