That place was backed up with other orders because there was a long line at the drive-thru and people waiting at the pickup window. So I went to this place and they understood the problem and fixed the order.

I didn't know they had pup cups but the person making our drinks saw the dogs in the back and asked if they wanted a pup cup. The cute cup coupled with the whipped cream and the little bone was super cute. The dogs obviously loved them. Thank you for being such a great establishment.

She told me that the coffee was terrible so I wanted to surprise her with a good cup of coffee (my daughter only gets Dutch Bros and she's picky) The Drive-up was clean, the barista taking orders outside was so sweet handling my order. I wish I had gotten her name- her necklace had a "Z" on it. But she had already taken care of my order (no charge). I will definitely be back to give her a proper tip. I unfortunately didn't have change for a $20. Thank you so much!!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
