  This place was such a treat! We don’t have Dutch Bros in West Virginia, and when my friends from San Antonio heard I never had it we naturally had to go and this location was so kind and easygoing with someone who doesn’t drink coffee. I’d give them 10 out of 10!

  Ordered the Black Forest mocha with soft cherry top and it did not meet my expectations. Lady taking order outside was nice, but the other lady inside giving the orders was rude. She just gave me the drinks and not a thank you.

  The workers here are so friendly and they always have good music on! It’s really great to see people actually having fun and enjoying their job. They do it all with a smile on their face, I love coming to this location! My drink is always on point, I’ve never had any issues or complaints. I switch my drink up sometimes and they’re very consistent across the board. I love this Dutch!

  Love Dutch Bros @ 11398 Bandera Road. I have been a loyal customer at this location for 2 years and am always impressed with how friendly the staff is and how quick they are at taking and preparing orders even when the lines are long. They always have a smile on their face which is addictive. A great way to start your morning. I switch up my orders between the sugar free Carmalizer and Golden Eagle along with a sugar free Rebel with sugar free peach which I highly recommend. I also have my husband addicted to the Americana with sugar free hazelnut and light cream which is surprising to me since he is very picky with his coffee. The staff has my order memorized and that proves that they are so sweet that they take the time to get to know their customers, always making you feel special. The new menu is great, and the waffles are our favorite. I do miss the Cranberry muffin top, but we all need change in our lives. The stickers and promo merchandise that the company offers shows that Dutch Bros also cares and takes the time to appreciate their customers. Dutch Bros also gives back to their community when they have special days for different causes which is something that I wish more companies would do. I will continue to make my daily stops at this location for my morning fix. Couldn't be more pleased all around.

  Yo this place rocks my socks no kidding they’re all so personal and I work next door to them and they always remember my order and my name! I get a chunky monkey(goofy lil name) and they make it perfect everytime! They love to chat me up and it’s awesome my smile never fades! Now let me be clear this location is probably the best one in Texas no joshin fr. So everyone who goes here ( I’m talking to you future customers out there) give them all the love and support they deserve they’re doing this for you guys! Anyways✌️
