  Was crying from a bad day from work, stopped by real quick hoping they would have the brown butter chocolate chip, didn’t have it at 2 other locations, I was ready to kill myself right then and there but thankfully this young blonde man with short hair offered me an alternative freeze that tasted just like brown butter freeze I’m very thankful it gave me proof that things are getting better and I shouldn’t end it just yet.❤️

  Out of toppings for featured drink. I’ve had issues with this location running out of other things as well. Not the same without the toppings. Update: improving my review, the Dutch Bros team was quick to reach out to address the issues and improve the experience. Very impressed.

  Dutch Bros, I love your coffee, but the way the drive-thru line is run is beyond frustrating. I place my order well before I even leave my house, and somehow it is still never ready when I get there. That defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead in the app. What makes it even more frustrating is sitting in line watching orders ahead of me get taken at the window while people are having full-on morning conversations with the drive-thru attendant, meanwhile the other line keeps moving and those cars got there after I did. I’m trying to be patient, but when mornings are already stressful and I’m on my way somewhere, it gets old fast. If the app is supposed to make things quicker and easier, then there should be a real system in place for mobile orders so people can drive up and pick them up without getting stuck in the same slow-moving line. I love Dutch Bros, but this part of the experience honestly makes me dread going in the morning.

  This is the first time I have been here or to any Dutch Bros. I must say, I didn't realize how many different types of drink possibilities they offer. I thought it was just coffee, but I was clearly mistaken. (Coffee(Blended,Iced,Hot),Milkshakes, Lemonade, Bobo, etc...I would suggest that you look online at the website before going, they have more drinks online than the store menu. I was a Loyal Starbucks customer, but now I don't even know what Starbucks is. Their large seems bigger than the Venti offered you know where and the price is about the same. Five of us got drinks, five of us were completely satisfied. For the service, the staff was polite and courteous. You could tell they enjoyed their job, which tells alot about a company (my opinion). Atmosphere I rated but there isn't an indoor section, only Drive-thru. Based on outside it was clean. I could not Rate on the food, for I did not order food, but I will say they show more on the store menu than what you will see on the online menu. I will update Food rating If/When I try. Update: We ended up actually going back later in the evening to try another flavor of drink. Which was not a disappointment. I will say that my girls genuinely enjoyed what they ordered. So people, take your kids for they will Thank You.
