I am always so disappointed with Dutch Bros. service and have to message them frequently. I am not one who's always trying to get something free, there's just that many problems. Coffee is great! Which is the ONLY reason I keep coming back but as you can see I have 2 small drinks but ordered a medium and was charged almost $8 here. Also, don't get the $3+ sandwich it is VERY small. I ate it in 4 (small) bites and it was extremely salty.

Been trying to get a hold of customer service since yesterday. Numbers online continue to say you guys are closed. Tried asking associates for a contact number for either store manager, district manager, or regional manager. They said no, they couldn't. How am I suppose to reach out if associates at store level don't know what to do to assist me?

Aaah here we go… tipping entitled culture is absolutely out of control. They have no shame. But before the tipping incident here’s a little story of my first attempt at Dutch bros… A while back when it first opened, I went by to get a cup of coffee. By looking at the menu I couldn’t locate any coffee. I mean just a simple cup of coffee or an espresso of sorts. Only the frozen or iced options. So when it was my turn, I said to the girl, I would like just a cup of coffee. She looked at me like I had 3 eyes or was speaking a foreign language. So I asked, do you have regular coffee or espressos? She was absolutely dumbfounded. Like she had never heard of a drink simply called coffee. She was so confused she couldn’t even speak, and smiled and turned around to look at a co-worker in disbelief at what I was trying to order. I just said never-mind and left. Now it gets even more unprofessional. 6 months later I was passing by, I had seen the Mango smoothie advertising, it was a hot day so I wanted to try it. So I pulled up the window and ordered me one. Gave the girl my card to pay for it and she returns my card and puts the iPad on my face and without any shame she said and I quote; “do you want to give a tip?” Now I was the one dumbfounded. Not the same girl that didn’t know what coffee was by the way. Anyway, I said, no thanks! She made a face as she was turning around. And the other girl that was making my drink was very pleasant and smily and thanked me and wished me a nice day when she gave me my drink. That one deserved a tip. Unfortunately her co-worker that did nothing more than click “mango smoothie” on the iPad then practically begged for a tip ruined it for the professional one. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is incredible. These people are absolutely out of control. Now they are pretty much demanding a tip before they even serve you. The way I see it, when you ask for a tip it’s no different from standing at an intersection with a cardboard sign begging for money. The nerve on this girl. Companies need to do something about tipping culture. That is so ridiculously unprofessional. Even though the mango smoothie was pretty tasty I’ll just buy the frozen pulp and make my own. Dutch Bros, educate your employees on good manners and respect.

I used to come here every day. I stopped a couple weeks back after one weekend where I went on Saturday and Sunday, pre ordered my drink extra extra sweet through the app. Got there to pick it up, and BOTH TIMES it was disgustingly bitter. The first time I brought the drink back, they tried throwing more sweetener in the drink rather than re making it. There is just no consistency here in how they make the drinks, the staff needs to be re trained or something.....I dont go anymore because I dont have time to wait during weekdays to have my drink made again because I have to get to work. Also, why in God's name do yall not have a speaker box in your drive thru???? It would make things go a lot faster and you wouldnt have to sacrifice an employee to stand outside with a tablet taking drink orders smh
