  This location made my day yesterday. I come here pretty frequently (more than id like to admit) for their Lavender oatmilk lattes(highly recommend) and despite always being busy, they always have a smile on their face and make conversation. I'm on the road alot and even had great podcast recommendations from one of their staff members. Well I pulled up and one of their associates (i forgot to ask her name) was standing outside in the drizzly weather/no umbrella. Just waiting for customers, happy as can be. I can't even remember what we talked about specifically but she told me i was always polite when I visited and we made small talk. I worked at the busiest/first drive thru Starbucks in England a long long time ago for 3 years. It humbled me and made me sincerely appreciate good service and good people. Thank you Dutch Bros for providing that with your atmosphere and your team.

  I want to start by saying businesses need more employees like Carson! I’m a first timer in a Dutch Bros and he made the experience not at all daunting. He gave us his honest opinion and was such a sweet person. He definitely took the customer service to the next level, such a breath of fresh air to experience this! Dutch take care of these employees! Definitely would make me fly back here to get some Dutch!

  I just want to give a huge shoutout to the entire Dutch Bros team. The customer service at this location is consistently outstanding. From the management team to every single broista working the window, everyone is always welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely thoughtful. They recognize me when I pull up, greet me by name, and always acknowledge me right away with a “we’ll be right there with you.” That level of attention makes a big difference. One time I accidentally ordered my drink with regular milk instead of oat milk, and before I even caught it, they changed it for me because they remembered I always get oat milk. That kind of personal attention is rare these days, and it truly impressed me. It’s not just about great drinks — it’s about how they make customers feel. Every visit is positive, friendly, and consistent. I really appreciate the energy and professionalism from the entire team. Keep doing what you’re doing. It does not go unnoticed.
