  No sense of urgency. You will literally spend 40 minutes for a mobile order in the parking lot. This is literally the slowest Dutch bros I’ve been to in America. There wasn’t even a line and there were like 8 employees just moving around but not really doing anything.

  I don’t usually write reviews—but this location deserves one. I come here *all the time*, and every single visit feels like watching a perfectly choreographed, slightly chaotic (in the best way) dance. The team is out here doing EVERYTHING—running drinks, cleaning up, taking orders, hyping each other up, being goofy—and somehow still moving at lightning speed. I’ve seen this place absolutely slammed, lines wrapped, and yet… my drink still shows up crazy fast like they’ve unlocked some secret level of efficiency. And here’s the thing: it’s not just fast—it’s *good energy*. You can tell this isn’t forced customer service. The team actually seems to enjoy working together, and that kind of culture doesn’t just “happen.” That comes from leadership. So whoever is managing this location—seriously—take a bow. As someone who understands management and team dynamics, I can tell there’s something special going on behind the scenes. You’ve built a team that hustles hard, supports each other, and still manages to keep things fun without dropping the ball. That’s not easy. To the crew: y’all make people’s days better (mine included), whether you realize it or not. To management: whatever you’re doing—keep doing it. Because this is what a high-performing, positive team is supposed to look like. 10/10 every time. 👏

  My fiance and I usually come to this Dutch Bros because it’s close to home. We’ve never had an issue with this place until today. We approached the walk-up window. A gentleman and female worker were talking and we had to have been standing there for three minutes. Keep in mind, they saw us standing there too. Eventually, the gentleman opened the window and said he was off the clock, but the female worker would help us. We wait once more and she approaches me. As I’m ordering, I feel rushed and she gives me attitude. After ordering, we stood there for ten minutes for my drink and an ice water. The female and clocked-out gentleman continued to talk and the gentleman also made a drink for himself as we were standing there. I suppose he thought we wouldn’t care. The other two girls were dallying. This is unprofessional and there is no accountability. I don’t know if they have managers on duty, but this is unacceptable.
