  Just left this Dutch location with 4 of my daughters “4!” there was an EXTREMELY RUDE very young white lady slim light haired girl maybe high school age not sure (since she refused to give name), taking orders and being that all my girls each enjoy all different flavored drinks I’m already pressured to get all their orders correct so as I’m struggling to GIVE MY ORDER TO THIS EMPLOYEE EMPLOYED HERE TO DO JUST THAT, she starts making very rude remarks “woah, that was very all over the place” her tone and attitude towards me were very belittling, so I requested manager which is NEVER I hate to complain or have confrontation, and the said employee is still there blatantly smirking behind her said manager putting her literal ear towards the window to try and hear what I’m saying about her to the manager! but ultimately no care very unapologetic and so NOT KID FRIENDLY that girl, I’ll be calling corporate as well because she made me feel just TERRIBLE in front of my whole family, I’d hate to think she treats others this way especially in front of children, I should NOT be leaving this business feeling this embarrassed or distraught especially somewhere I’m giving my $ to. Shame

  Awkward! I asked for light ice in my drink and the barista proceeded with heavy ice and dumping my nitro down the drain . Iykyk it comes in a can so I'm trying to get my cans worth. I just mentioned nicely for less ice . She started chuncking things around mumbling to herself and overly fake smiling at me. So weird! She gonna blow up ones day that's a ticking time bomb there. I'm glad I rarely come to this location. If your tired ask for some time off . I know dutch promotes happy friendly barista.:D;D

  If I could select 0 for stars I would. Husband ordered a med no ice since I wa still at work and didn’t want it watered down. He was received less than half of the cup that probably would have filled a small with full ice. When he questioned and thought it was a joke, the employee said “that’s what you get with no ice”. Coffee is cheap and they make a killing of customers and that’s the service they provide!!! Do better Dutch bros even filled with ice it didn’t fill the cup after I added it.

  This is hands down the best Dutch Bros in San Antonio and probably the state of Texas and beyond. The broistas are amazing humans, you can tell that they hired quality humans as they are always friendly, helpful and fast! They remember you too, the experience is exceptional! I have had issues at the other locations here and there but never a single issue at this location. I’m so thankful it’s close to home and I don’t have to travel but I 💯 would if needed!
