Today is my birthday and I went to get my free drink— I pull up to smiles and the staff asking how I would like my birthday song sang. They prepared me a special cup and sang, then threw confetti. It was just so cute! I can’t even drink any other coffee, I don’t wanna! Thanks Dutch bros for making my day just a lil sweeter 😊

Today, as I was going through the drive-through a blue Toyota skipped about four different cars and I told the lady who was taking orders what happened and she completely disregarded me and continued to take her order. She even ignored the truck in front of me who told her the same. She allowed multiple orders to be taken before mine was taken with a complete disregard towards my time. I literally got out of line to make an order at the window because of this. This is not the first time that this has happened and it's completely disrespectful to people's time. Everyone inside making the orders was super helpful and understanding and I do appreciate that. I was helped in the end by the people inside, but the person handling orders outside was completely rude. There were about five cars that were able to skip me in total logistically.

The service was great, the staff was super friendly and they made the drinks quick. I was going to get my go to drink— a vanilla latte, but the gal recommended the golden eagle so I figured I would try it. It did not disappoint! My husband doesn’t like sugary coffee drinks… but he kept stealing sips of mine. She also gave us our coffees for free since it was our first time trying it!

What sugar-free flavors do you offer?
Our sugar-free flavors include white chocolate, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, chocolate macadamia nut, hazelnut, irish cream, peppermint (seasonal), coconut, raspberry, peach and strawberry.
What drinks are caffeine-free?
We can handcraft our classic espresso drinks (mocha, latte, breve) using decaffeinated espresso! Our Hot Cocoa, Shakes, Smoothies, Sparkling Sodas, and Lemonades are caffeine-free options to fuel your day! Check out our menu for a full list or ask your broista for recommendations!
What flavors do you offer?
Flavors offered at most locations include almond (orgeat), banana, blackberry, blue raspberry, cane sugar syrup, chocolate macadamia nut, cinnamon, coconut, creme de menthe, cupcake, hazelnut, Irish cream, kiwi, lime, orange, passionfruit, peach, pomegranate, red raspberry, ruby red grapefruit, salted caramel, strawberry, vanilla, watermelon, pineapple, white chocolate, chocolate and caramel.

Where can I find Dutch Bros stickers?
We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?
Kiddos love our Not-so-Hots®, Sparkling Sodas, Dutch Shakes and Smoothies!
What's the age requirement to work at a Dutch Bros?
Company-wide, our minimum age requirement is 16; however, each location is locally operated and some areas may have additional age requirements in place. We encourage you to check in with the broistas at your local stand for more information!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
