  I recently visited Dunkin’ and ordered a medium brown sugar espresso. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I received my drink, the cup was only filled halfway, and most of it was cold foam rather than the actual beverage. On top of that, the drink was not at the proper temperature. Overall, it did not meet expectations in terms of quality or value.

  I would like to thank J-on for making my experience 5 starts this will be my second time here .He has always treated me with respect ,excellent customer service on his part ,soft spoken ,and excellent employee.Unlike the other lady that kicked me out for staying too long . The service is pretty good maybe it’s because J-on is around he gives me good portion of ice cream everytime .Thank you J-on for making my experience a good one hopefully 🤞 your Boss gives you a pay increase .

  Service here is always good and the atmosphere is always welcoming!! Shout out to Jayon who’s always here he seriously makes the drinks so delicious!! Give that boy a raise!! My friend group loves coming to this location because he makes the drinks well! 😎

  Maya and Jawon were literally 10/10 so kind and helpful even though we came in close to closing!
