  Went by and was greeted with excellent customers service by Nikki! She was very kind and outgoing made me feel welcomed ! Definitely recommend this Dunkin’ ! 10/10

  Picking up an order for DD. They wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I came in then I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for them to prepare 2 cups of beverages. As if deliveries weren’t important enough

  False advertising! Have stuff up in the menu then order it and they can’t make it… smh “because supposedly it was seasonal” well then why is it still on the menu?????

  As our semi truck driver try to order trough the window she ignored it there is a really mean girl works in the night shift told the our wheeler driver come and order with a truck which she has no clue driver explained her it’s huge truck won’t fit at the counter to order she is like I won’t take your order from the window and shut the window on a drivers face truckers and backbone of this country and people like her treating drivers in a such a mean way Dunkin you should do better then hire these kind of unprofessional employees

  I chose not to order because they not list the price of any of their donuts. They are excluded from the menu in store, from the website, and from the app . The only way to find the price of any of the donuts appears to be to purchase them. I cannot be the only customer extraordinarily upset about that. It feels very very dishonest on the part of the company.
