  The girl who works here stopped sweeping and started preparing food without washing her hands 🤢 also every time i order ahead and go there, they start making it when I'm there. What's the point of ordering ahead then??

  Customer service is mid, some days are super nice to you and others you’re in luck if they treat you decently. Today when i was ordering at the drive thru the lady was not rude but kind of condescending. I get that you can’t hear me because we’re next to the highway but I’m amazed how they dare to talk to you in such way without care. But the cherry on top… the last few months the donuts have been a JOKE. Today specifically… I can’t believe a manager is approving this… Very disappointing. Support your local bakeries instead.

  I came into this place about a week ago, and I have to say I was very disappointed. I walked in with my 2 boys and no greeting or acknowledgement what so ever, the young lady working there looked like she didnt want to be there at all. If you dont like working there, leave..that simple. I made my order and paid and after she completely forgo what I ordered, and I had to repeat myself again and on top of that she got one of the donuts wrong and didnt know until I left. I understand if it was busy, it was not, how do you get a simple order wrong when its not busy and it was about 5 donuts. So yeah thats my last time going to dunkin.

  I walked in and stood at the counter for about five to six minutes without being acknowledged. There were three employees clearly working in the front and drive-through area. None made eye contact or said a word. They walked past me multiple times and acted as if I was not there. Eventually, a woman from the back came out and assisted me. I understand it was a Sunday morning and likely busy. Still, basic acknowledgment matters. A simple greeting goes a long way. If it were not for my son wanting donuts, I would have turned around and walked out. I do not spend money where customers are treated rudely or ignored.

  I was pretty disappointed to learn that, for some reason, this location doesn't have Freezes (soda and sherbert). Every location I've ever been to other than this one has had them.
