  Went to pick up my mobile order for my son’s birthday and both employees were clearly not in the mood to be working. Just standing around & still Took awhile to see what I needed and very nonchalant

  The food and the employees are fine for the most part, but lately almost every time I go there, they are out of different core staples by 11am. It's not even a busy location, so them running out is not caused by popularity but rather by poor resource management on the part of whoever is responsible for ordering ingredients and restocking them. Very frustrating. The next Dunkin location is too far to go there just because this location is out of basic ingredients, so I need to give my money to a different chain whose name also starts with D across the street as a result.

  This was easily one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. The employee on the speaker was short, impatient, and cutting me off mid-sentence with “alright, alright” before I could even finish ordering. Because he kept interrupting and rushing the interaction, it caused a complete misinterpretation of what I was trying to order in the first place. The order was wrong, the drink tasted sour, and when I went back to correct it, instead of taking accountability, he tried to say I was in the wrong. The employee at the window didn’t help either — the sarcastic “Well, how does this taste?” response was unprofessional and unnecessary. To make it worse, the food was stale and the hash browns were burnt and stale. That’s basic quality control, and it clearly wasn’t there. Mistakes happen, but poor attitude, rushing customers, and refusing to take responsibility are what made this experience unacceptable. Completely disappointing from start to finish. Definitely tested my patience this morning

  i came to this location bc i was in the area . i went to order my drink and Janessa ( i hope i spelled her name right ) helped me with my order . it was obvious she was having a long, stressful, day. However, despite the chaotic and hectic environment, Janessa still provided me with exceptional service and even tried helping me find alternatives bc they were out of what I originally wanted. Handled everything with grace and a smile. Janessa deserves a raise!!! Would definitely come back just for her
