My sisters children were very upset about the situation. The lady went as far as calling the police even after she racially profiled the children. She even tried to buy law enforcement with ice cream. Thank Gid for cameras. Internal affairs has been called and corporate already has an incident report . Avoid this place.

They always have the donuts I want in stock (vanilla creme), and they do me the favor of putting in the ones I request even though they're not available to order on Doordash. The items are carefully and safely packaged, and my drinks are well made. I will always trust ordering from this location. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I was given the wrong donut, and when I politely brought it to the employee's attention, she was extremely dismissive. Instead of apologizing to me for the mistake, she snatched the bag from my hand, swapped the item, and then turned to the customers behind me to apologize to them—making me feel like I was the problem for simply asking for what I ordered. I get that mistakes happen, but being treated like a nuisance for a staff error is unacceptable. I took photos of the order and the receipt to document the experience. I hope management addresses this attitude, as no customer should be made to feel invisible or disrespected." This is NOT ok.
