I understand times are busy and you may be low on drivers but when my order finally goes out the door for delivery 1hr 10min after being done, its disappointing to see an additional 40 minutes pass to find out the driver completely passed by my complex to fulfill other orders. Then to top it off, whoever at the store shows little to no sympathy even though I have been patient. Do no reiterate that "theres a million orders and only 2 drivers" when he legitimately passed by my home. To top it off when I finally call to cancel nearly 2 hours after I placed order, I was able to see the driver immediately went back to store within a few minutes. Must not be that busy huh. Guess yall got a free pizza.Definitely should've stuck with Pizza Hut like I originally wanted. Beware of Driver Lejuan. Will not deliver your order.
