- SSSelahMar 22, 20263.0I used the Domino app for this delivery. First time using it. Issues were once I placed the order and added my banking info it gives me a message that there is trouble with my request and if it continues then call the store. First I used PayPal and then I used bank card to see if maybe it was not processing PayPal (systems get glitchy). I got the same message of unable to process at the moment. Called in to make the order over the phone as directed by the app and I was placed in a constant loop of automated messages where I learned of new hiring positions, what's on the menu, for English press 1, informed by automation my order was being prepped, given option to speak to a rep, only to be sent back to the very start of...hiring positions, what's on the menu, for English press 1....... This happened for 3 cycles. I am guessing the store placed that on when they are getting overwhelmed? The thing is my card had been charged and shows on my bank app even though the Domino app says they couldn't process it at the time. Sooooo now I have to check and see if my PayPal was charged the first time. I will see if my order actually gets here. Additionally I would request making corrections to the app so that patrons do not "try again" to pay when in reality the payment was already taken. Thats a big problem. I will give an update on the food and if I ever got my pizza.

Then gave attitude asking what I want. Definitely go somewhere else because I was the only order even on the online board.
