  The food and service here are what you would expect at a fast food restaurant. My visit was overall a good experience. My food came out hot and the service was commendable. One thing I had issues with was that Dairy Queen has two different apps. Good luck with that!

  Person working the drive thru speaker stated “anything else” after every single item I spoke as I was ordering…running over my voice and making things difficult for both of us. Never dealt with anything like it. Rude attitude for food service. I heard her do it repeatedly to each car behind me as well. Bazaar behavior. Not coming back to this location. You’re better off driving to a different location EVEN with these record high gas prices. Good luck to ya’ll. Also, don’t order anything fried bc it’ll be dry and luke warm.

  The food is always great and consistent especially at this location but Phillip really made our experience the best. He was genuinely kind and super attentive. He definitely made our day and some of the best customer service we’ve ever received!

  This store is horrible they for the last time got my order wrong AGAIN AND ITS NOT THE ORDER TAKER ITS THE COOK! I WATCHED HER TAKE ALREADY BAGGED COOKED FRYS AND PUT THEM BACK IN THE FRYER PATHETIC!!! STORE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT AND A NEW PHONE LINE SO THEY CAN ANSWER THEIR COMPLAINTS!!
