I’d like to share my feedback regarding a recent experience at your Dairy Queen location.
Unfortunately, my experience at the drive-through was disappointing. I was assisted by an employee named Bridget, who did not greet me when I arrived at the speaker or when I reached the window. Throughout the interaction, she appeared to be in a poor mood and lacked basic people skills, offering no warm greeting or polite engagement while handing over my order.
Additionally, the food I received was cold. While the quality of the food was an issue, the primary reason for my concern is the level of service provided. It seems that Bridget could benefit from retraining on how to properly greet and assist customers to ensure a more professional and welcoming environment.
