  Staff has attitudes, I’m obviously the next person in line and the lady at the front (Virginia) blatantly ignored me when I asked for my order. She has attitude with every customer for no reason, and acts like she does not want to be here. She was asked to assist the guests at the front and she rolled her eyes and got a disgusted look on her face as if she was offended because she was asked to do some work while she was on the clock

  Came in to order 2 blizzards and a milkshake, it took the cashier three tries to punch in the correct order because she kept taking things off. Then she kept coming to ask us at our table what item she was supposed to make next, each blizzard was melted and messy when delivered and when she brought the milkshake she made the wrong flavor after asking a few times. When I told her this isnt what I ordered she scoffed and gave us attitude. When we asked for a refund Edward barely acknowledged us or the problem but processed it and we were out of there. If shes new and training then her trainer needs to step up and do better.

  Waited an hour for 3 banana splits .. little to no acknowledgment . I ordered on the app and was given a time it was ready. I got there at exact time and still waited an hour. I told them about 5 different times what my order was and that I was still waiting . I had my two young kids with me who were very patient but were ready to go home and wanted to enjoy their banana splits, which were on the more melted side. I will use a different location next time even tho this is the only one near me .
