  I asked for a large dipped ice cream in a cup, but instead I was given a cone with the sauce on the side. When I told the employee that wasn’t what I ordered, he put the ice cream into a water cup and handed it to me. That’s still not what I asked for, and I don’t understand why he thought that presentation was acceptable when they have proper cups for exactly this type of order. By that point, my ice cream was smashed and already melting. Really disappointing experience.

  Nearly 8 dollars for a blizzard now and they is serving me soup. It’s hotter then the outside weather

  This is our favorite Dairy Queen! We came here last Sunday and they never disappoint. The food is fresh, employees are friendly and service is quick!

  I shouldn’t have to get out of my car after going thru the drive thru cuz yall forgot something ..and that young girl in the front with the glasses was all attitude like it was my fault yall forgot something I ordered and even asked the girl at window with the face mask if it was in there and she said yes

  Most of the time when I order food, it is delicious, but the blizzards are never mixed right the Sprite is disgusting and every time I get a dip cone it looks like I’ve let it sit out in the sun. It’s never made correctly and the dips are always horrible like they haven’t been mixed well. I love Dairy Queen been eating it since I was a kid, but it’s such a disappointment when they can’t even do a dip cone correctly, I’ve worked at Dairy Queen before when I was younger, not that hard to make a dip cone.
