  Shout out to Felicity! She carrys a very vibrant personality for customer service. Shes knowledge and professional. Definitely returning only to only this DQ on my side of town.

  This location sucks, period. I arrived at 10:18 pm and the door was locked. The woman inside was placing chairs on the tables and made it a point to stare at her watch and mad dog the people coming into the drive thru and pulling up. She did this several times and eventually threw up something with her fingers alerting people they were closed when we clearly arrived way before closing. Horrible service! Do not come to this location if you are expecting DECENT service!

  I placed an order online for pick up and was told that they were out of the Dude and that I needed to get a refund online. I just got a message from the DQ corporation that said I need to get a refund at the store. Very poor customer service!

  Don't know her name but an employee was so patient with us since we don't go to DQ frequently. She showed us the Dilly lce cream & explained the childs meal & showed us the size of the turtle pecan blizzard. Everything was so delicious. 😋🤤
