  When ordering I had to repeat my order several times and I still recieved the order wrong! When given my order she open the window hand my order and shut it fast! Not even one word!! Service was Horrible!

  The service was disappointing due to long wait times. I was placed on hold on speaker just to place a to-go order, and then had to wait quite a while for only three items. • Advice to others: Avoid going on Sunday evenings. I was told there was a new employee at the window, which caused delays and had customers being put on hold before ordering at the window. • Management note: Proper training is essential to ensure smoother service. Customers shouldn’t have to experience this level of delay. • For the owner: Improving staff training would make a big difference.

  I ordered a Snickers Blizzard with EXTRA snickers and fudge. I only got a couple of pieces of snickers; the rest was PLAIN vanilla. Same thing happened with the other two I ordered. A total waste of money. This has happened 4 times already. I’m not visiting again.
