    I am writing to share my disappointment regarding a recent order. We ordered the steak protein for both a bowl and the kids' plates, but found the meat to be very spicy. There was no indication on the menu that the steak is spicy. When I called to report the issue, the representative sounded annoyed and simply informed me that the steak is spicy and could not explain why this isn't clarified on the menu. As this was not mentioned in the item description, it was unexpected and unsuitable for the children's meals.

    The worker Nick in the Chipotlane this morning was incredibly friendly. I really appreciated seeing a smiling face first thing in the morning.

    Industrial design with lots of stainless steel. You can choose your own ingredients and eat pretty healthy.

    Went at 9:38pm tonight with my godson and they had no cheese left. They didn’t offer to get any either. Terrible service here

    I had an awesome experience at Chipotle thanks to David (the manager), Alex, and Damien. They were all incredibly kind, fast, and went above and beyond for me. Even though they had run out of steak, they took the time to make more fresh, which they absolutely didn’t have to do. The whole team had a great attitude and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. Appreciate you guys! 🙌
