  This is my favorite Chipotle too go to every time. Excellent cooks, always clean, and they don’t give you little baby portions like other locations.

  Came at 11 and the doors were locked but the workers were inside, I knocked on the door and they just ignored me, there where 3 people waiting outside.

  A leaf from outside was inside my bowl how disgusting this location has continued to mess up everytime I order wrong food forgot salsa in my bowl easiest job to read the instructions and do as it says this location is not the best and apparently the workers can’t get it together cs this is the 3rd time they have messed up my order

  Ordered via Chipotle Online for delivery to our Airbnb today (4/10/2026) and the delivery was made efficiently via a Door Dash driver. After dividing up the order for the family, I opened my salad and immediately noted there was -no salad- in it. I mixed the bowl up just enough to be sure there was in fact no lettuce in it at all. Everything else was correct, as was the label on top of my bowl. Tried to call the store 3 times, with no pick-up. So I ended up driving the few miles to the location. I walked to the side of the register and asked who I could speak to about an incorrect order. A young man , early twenties, maybe 5'5", dark brown or black hair, thinner (I forgot to take note of his nametag), said he could help me. I explained what the issue was, and I would just like the missing salad added or the bowl remase, please. I pulled my bowl put of the original delivery bag, and he looked at the label and declared: "I remember this one, I made it myself! The lettuce was put into the middle rather than all along the bottom." I opened my bowl (which had now also moved around during the drive), and this seemingly nice, reasonable young man accused me of having only ate the lettuce out of it! The deep breath of patience I had to take to not evicerate this kid... was difficult. I explained that I mixed the bowl around to check and make sure before I bothered to ask for it to be fixed, and please tell me what reasonable person would order for delivery (on a Friday evening, no less), and then drive all the way over here just to get "more" lettuce; the reasonable answer is that the salad I ordered was not in fact a salad because the lettuce was never there in the first place. I also offered to show him the photo I took, and our text convo with the Door Dash driver - all time stamped. THEN he finally offered to make me a new bowl. While I waited for the new bowl, I also noted that the entire restaraunt was a complete disaster area - moreso than just an average "weekend dinner rush" kind of messy. It isnt the mistake in the order - everyone makes mistakes; it was the rudeness and accusatory manner with which I was treated and my request for it to be made right was very poorly handled. Terrible customer service. We will not be using this location again.

  If I can give 0 stars I would. I waited 20 minutes for an order, victoria told her workers "not to hand it to her" because I was watching them prepare all the orders? Customer service here is horrible, especially VICTORIA. There was another individual, short girl with glasses same attitude. Not that other people care, but never again id come here.
