  Went there for dinner and the customer service from the cashier was non existent. They were out of chips, no trays and the cashier did not know how the rewards app worked. Definitely would not return.

  I actually enjoy Chipotle food, its usually a very good experience and I tolerate the prices because usually they give you a lot of food... except this specific location. Every single time I go, its like I need to beg for more food. And today, I got charged $1.60 for extra rice when the amount of rice given was low compared to literally any other Chipotle and so adding more to make it roughly equal ran me more money. I was hungry so I let it slide, but absolutely outrageous. I'd rather drive all the way down to 1604 or Culebra than deal with this. Tiny food portions, the fact that the chicken is often weirdly cooked or weirdly salted (again just this store that does this), the fact that any issues take you to a some random call center that is actually very helpful but detached from the issues because they keep happening. I get the joke that Chipotle is underhanded on food portioning but I literally feel like I'm in a ration line here. And some employees to their credit try but it seems that management truly does not want to retain their customer base.

  Visited on 4/17/26 around 7:30 pm The employee who helped me was one of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with at this location. —friendly, patient, and professional. But the manager was openly talking to employees in a rude and disrespectful way while customers were present. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unprofessional. On top of that, it looked like one employee was expected to handle most of the work while others were sitting down eating, which didn’t seem fair at all. No one should be spoken to like that, especially at work. The staff deserves better treatment, and management needs to do better

  I will be reporting this place to the food handling and BBB. Saw 2 workers, 1 picking his nose with a glove then proceeded to keep cooking and another worker grabbed so many unsanitary items and touched peoples food while making it WITH NO GLOVES. not only was the chicken undercooked and raw, the food was cold and hard like it had been sitting there all day. Waiting in the chipotle lane for thirty five minutes and having to go inside to get my food, it would not have been an issue if cashier wasn't rude and everyone that worked in there was walking around like they didn't know what they were doing. Straight trash...actually trash tasted better than today's burrito and bowl. If you want nasty old food and disgusting customer service, go right ahead.

  One of the worst experiences with Chipotle today. Typically I don't expect much it's just Chipotle, but I ordered online for their drive thru pick up and got there right at 5:10 I ended up waiting in line for probably 15min to actually get my food. It's a pick up line why was the line so held up?? I finally get home and then im missing 2 items. The queso for my chips and the extra sauce i ordered on the side. Fine things happen(even though I know this isn't the 1st time its happened at this location) I finished eating at home and tried to call the store to see if I couls pick uo my missing items, phone rings for 3 minutes and no one ever picks up. So guess I lost the extra $6.15 i paid i spent for nothing.
