  This is the second time that I come here on the food ist lukewarm And even cold! The salsa was completely cold! The corn and the meat were lukewarm, not even warm, the rice and the beans were also barely warm, I ate my bowl and it felt like it had been seating out for hours because everything was basically cold because of the salsa, horrible way to eat, I will come back in a week And if the food is actually warm and even better, it it's hot , especially the salsa, I will remove this review, but if this happens again, I will just go to cava instead

  They charged me twice and when ask about it and show the them the bank statement where they charge me twice the manager said you have to call customer service and then they will not do anything cause I dont have the receipt for the 2nd charge cause I didn't get it and then they charge you for you extra and im fine with that but I dont get them when I go to the drive through very crappie place and service.

  I visited to order takeout and had a disappointing experience. While placing my order, I was asked what type of beans I wanted, but was then informed that black beans were unavailable. I asked how long it would take for more to be ready, and the employee became visibly frustrated and raised her voice, telling the cook she had already informed me they were out before I began ordering. This led to an uncomfortable exchange between staff in front of me. I was simply asking a question, and the situation could have been handled more professionally. Additionally, the al pastor I received was undercooked, which is a serious concern. I ended up throwing the entire order away. I hope management addresses both the customer service and food quality issues.

  Stopped in for a quick Dinner after Zumba. Customer service was AMAZING. Prepared with a smile and to our liking by Kiara, Christian was kind and respectful as we ate in the dinner and Sofia shared a beautiful smile and Joy, as we ended our meal. Keep up the Amazing work. Thank you. God bless.

  We always enjoy Chipotle. They were a little skimpy with the salad lettuce and seemed they were a little short staffed. We ate outside because it was a nice evening, but the staff decided it was time to clean the outside windows. They didn't ask us to move and at first I didn't think they were going to work close to us. All of a sudden, the water from their window cleaning was landing on me, the table and probably my food. Not the best experience we've had at a Chipotle. Lesson learned, go back inside if they start cleaning windows while you are eating outside.
