This location is always out of food ingredients and their line is always dirty. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt but it’s every time now. And it’s not for lack of people or a rush. The kitchen is fully staffed. It’s been the last three times I get my kid a bean bowl and don’t eat because they are out of all the proteins. And mgt should train the staff that it doesn’t matter if you wear gloves if you gonna run your hands under the counter as you walk the counter or wipe your face. I type this review as I eat a burrito at another location losing 20 min rd trip.

I had one of the best Chipotle runs ever today thanks to number 8 Avery and Lucas. These two are straight up awesome and made my entire experience feel like VIP service at a fast-casual spot. Avery was a machine super friendly, lightning-fast, and actually listened to exactly how I wanted my bowl. They’re the reason I’ll be coming back way more often.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever seen. The management is extremely rude, hostile, and aggressive. I have now witnessed numerous instances of aggressive behavior from their employees, including one instance involving a mother asking for help with her exhausted kids hanging on her side. They lack a basic level of respect, much less a hope to help the customer. They are also frequently out of very basic ingredients, and frequently get your order wrong. Even worse, I have personally seen them add in ingredients I cannot eat without asking if I was ok with new ingredients! I have many friends who drive an extra 15-20 minutes to avoid this location at all costs. At this point, I think most people would be better off going somewhere else.

Used to get great service from this location. As of late, it’s been rough. Unfortunately, the FreeBirds right down the road is winning service-wise. The last time I went to this location it was around 8:30pm. There was a line of 17 people, so clearly it was pretty busy. Waiting in line wasn’t an issue. My career is in food service, so I get it. The issue is that the crew is working in what feels like slow motion with complete apathy. If it weren’t for the collard shirt, I wouldn’t know how who the manager is. No leading, no directing, no coaching. The crew gave up when they saw the line and that’s on the manager for not firing up the energy. If anything he lead the poor energy and the crew is just following. Like I said, the location used to operate great. I’m assuming the night crew might be drifting a little bit, so I will try to again sometime in the distant future

Was in last night to the Stone Oak location on 3/29/26. I had gone to the one in Spring Branch only to wait 20 minutes in line to find out they were out of everything and left empty handed. So I was already pretty frustrated and decided to drive out to this location instead and arrived a little before 9pm. The wait was slow but not too bad however the line did build up because only one person was preparing orders at the counter. When it was my turn the guy doing orders had called back to a young girl in the back of the kitchen area to come help. She walked up very slowly, and had her mouth full of food because she was chewing and grabbed gloves and sloooowly put them on. I felt like everything I said got a little attitude in response or a slight eye roll. The portions were pretty awful too as she gave me two giant spoonfuls of beans when I didn’t ask for extra, and when I asked for pico there was barely half a spoon. I then asked “can I get a liiiitle more pico?”, to which her response was aggressively getting another giant overflowing spoonful and slapping it in top. Everything else was heavy too like cheese and lettuce. So much so that when she was wrapping it it wouldn’t even close! She walked back to the tortillas and had to heat another. I saw later that they were so stuck together from the packaging that it was two tortillas sticking as one. When she rolled up the second one all the juice from beans and pico was leaking EVERYWHERE and the ingredients were still too much to close it but she wrapped it anyway. Eating it at home was a fiasco. The taste was fine but I feel like I may as well have ordered a bowl instead. It was incredibly messy and impossible to not get all over yourself and there was a lot that I ended up throwing away because it was overflowing. Coupled with the fact that whatever girl was working the counter at about 9pm was EXTREMELY unpleasant and prepared the food poorly. Please review customer service expectations with her!!
