  The place is busy at times. But the staff fills orders as fast as possible. Ive never had a problem with my orders. Staff are always friendly and polite. Interior/exterior dining areas have always been clean to use.

  Poor customer service and just plain rude. I don’t know how this Chipotle is still in business with such poor management.

  Extremely small portions given compared to other locations. The server seemed satisfied when I had to add steak to my order. Just absolutely ridiculous based on the prices they want you to pay. I will never go back to this location again smh and a thin layer of rice that barely covered the bottom of the bowl..

  Came here for the first time and was giving my order... the worker was annoyed I was reading off my husband's order off my phone then got annoyed I ordered a quesadilla. By the time I was at checkout, the girl cashier asked me if I wanted sides and I asked if it came with sides? If so, yes, if not and it costs more, no thanks. She then told me, "it's a yes or no question. Do you want sides or not?" I was caught off guard and said "whoa, have a blessed day, who taught you to talk to people like that?" For reference, my husband is in the air force and we just moved here last week from another state and i have no job yet. Budgeting is important to us, especially after a big move and being on limited income due to the service. I have never been asked if I wanted sides, I thought they came with the regular quesadilla, so since they were asking, I was wondering if it costed more now. I turned to the people around me and asked if I said or did something wrong or rude, because I genuinely wanted to know if i was in the wrong, and they said no and 2 young ladies behind me offered to pay for my food. I started crying cuz I literally had no clue what i did to upset the worker and the worker said "you know what? Im sorry. Ok? Sorry." My quesadilla was smashed into the container for packing then. I understand it gets busy and stressful, but no one deserves to get spoken to like that. My husband and I do stressful jobs in Healthcare and we have never spoke to anyone like that. The receipt name shows Katherine was the cashier, so Katherine, just know people have budgets and genuine questions, and you don't have to go off on customers because they have questions. I understand youre probably very young, but I hope with time you'll see the goodness in patience and grace.
