No idea why people love this place. I couldn't use my $25 gift card online, so I had to go there and stand behind 15 people, GREAT. One person working the front line, one person working the register, and 25 people deep to the door at 5:00 p.m.
Scraping the burnt peppers and onions out of the third pan to put on my burrito, NEAT. The cashier was very nice, she smiled at me, and the team was working very hard, but it will be another three or four years before I go back...
Decided to try ordering for pickup again after a bad experience 3 months ago and damn that was dumb. Idk if they're short staffed or what but their pickup orders are 20-40 minutes late and the staff either seem lost or are rude. Saw one lady chew out an Uber Eats person who politely asked about her pickup order so I chose not to say anything for both our sakes lol. Just order from the medical center location 🙄
This place is literally like a circus as soon as you walk in. Placed my order online... when I walk up to the shelf where they're supposedly put the to go orders, absolutely nothing was there. My to go order was set to be at the shelf at 9:20 I even gave it 5 minutes as sometimes these places can get busy.. nope, I walk up nothing is there..hitting the clock 9:28 this lady at the front counter is yapping yapping yapping with another lady while she has a huge line waiting to order and another customer waiting for his order on the shelf. I automatically told her hey check my phone out this is my order I'm picking up...and she's like What? Yea no...and then she just turns back around. Mind you she's got all the shelf orders behind her on top of a counter....
So then something suddenly clicks on her head and then she starts looking for my order, and then she's like, "oh here"... Smh really?
It is very disappointing.
It's like a circus and there's no need for it,
We don't come here to see a show..We ordered we're PAYING and we're out... please do your job properly.
It is very disappointing on Chipotle to have these kind of workers.
Its the first time that I ever been to this location and it will be the last because now that I'm actually eating my two scoop little bitty food, it was undercooked ....the rice is not even cooked properly.... what a shame CHIPOTLE
Now this the worst location ever. 👎

I get that it was busy, but the service was honestly terrible. The employee helping us was extremely passive-aggressive and kept making unnecessary comments to customers about how she preferred orders to be placed.
There was a water leak in the roof, and when a customer politely asked for his burrito to be remade, because the water landed on his burrito she gave him crazy attitude and blamed him, saying he should “communicate better” instead of taking responsibility for placing the food near the leak. Then she complained out loud about him “wasting food,” which was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.
When it was my turn, I was ordering for both myself and my boyfriend, and she made rude comments about me speaking for him “are you just gonna speak up for him?” and kept trying to control how I placed the order. It felt disrespectful and unnecessary. I didn’t get her name but I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that, and no customer should feel uncomfortable just for ordering food

So I got some food delivered last night, and to the short girl who was making the online orders on April 11th around 9:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m, she was being very impatient with me.
I received my food from doordash it was under the wrong name so the doordasher picked up the wrong order. I proceeded to take the food up to the restaurant and explain to them that the doordasher gave me the wrong food and I needed the right food. The girl creating the online orders proceeded to ask me if I had the right Chipotle because she can't find my name. I told her that it's an old order, you probably closed it out because it's already been picked up and I'm just here to get the right food.
She then tells me make sure I've got the right store and she's got other orders to make.
So I jump to the front of the line explain to the lady at the register that I have the right store, I showed her my order and then the girl over heard our conversation and ask again if I have the right store, I show her that I do in fact have the right store. She then tells me there are three orders ahead of me and that she'll make it this time but she won't do it next time.
I don't know what the hell that's supposed to mean. Not Like I'm in here trying to finesse them for food. I've got money, I'll buy the new bowl and just have doordash give me a refund if that's the policy. But I'm not to blame in this situation.
She gives me my food resentfully and then doesn't put pico de gallo in the bag. I asked her where is it at and she said she doesn't have any. And all I'm thinking is, was she just going to wait for me to get home to realize that it wasn't in there.
she should have just said she didn't have any.
