  So sad I was super excited to try new jalepeno ranch club sandwich and then half way through seems I was eating who knows what this random thing was in my bun! Implanted in it!!🤮🤢

  I ordered Mobile for drive to thru. They do not have it down in this specific location. Still waited a whole fire a lemonade and some nuggets. Then couldn't even get out once I received my meal because the car in front was still waiting for theirs and Cones in the way to be able to go around

  Chic-Fil-e Bad Customer Service! Arrived on April 11, 2026 at 12:10 pm. Gave my order to a young Man who never greeted me and acted like he didn’t really want to be there. Attitude! OK! My receipt noted that the Cashier was “Jacob”. But that was not the name on the name-tag of the actual Cashier. The Cashier asked for my name and I said my name (Felipe) spelled my name and then repeated my name again. When my order was complete a person who appeared to be a Supervisor came towards me and shouted “Order for “Freddie” ! I didn’t answer, I am not Freddie! He continued walking my way and said “Freddie” 2 more times. He described the order but he said it so fast I couldn’t understand what he said. Finally, when he got close he repeated the order again. I said that is my order but my name is not “Freddie”! This particular Chic- fil-e has had mediocre service has never gotten our order wrong. The misspelling of the name shows to attention to detail plus an uncaring attitude towards the Customer! We frequent Chic Fil e from Dan Antonio to Corpus Christi to Portland Texas. PS: I ordered a #1 Meal and 2 Chicken strips. I got the meal but got Chicken Nuggets instead. Didn’t discover this until I got home. I was not able to post the pictures of the wrong order or the spelling of my name as “FETIE”! Ticket #7471 My qualifications as an Expert and Experienced Food and Service Critic; I have over 65 years of Management Experience. I went from picking Cotten, Fruits and Vegetables in many parts of the country, as a Migrant Worker to earning a College Degree with a BS in Business Management. Plus Serving my Country in the Air Force for over 22 years. As a Civilian I have been trained in two Culinary Schools, to include on the job training at other venues. I’ve successfully managed full service as well as fast food restaurants and have had my own successful Catering business. I have traveled to many places in this world and tasted the many culinary delicacies this world has to offer! As a Culinary Trainer, I have trained personnel on how to provide superb cuisine, sales and customer service. At the age of 79, I am now retired and enjoy being on THE OTHER SIDE OF THE APRON.

  This is by far the worst chick fil a I have ever been to! I placed a mobile order and they lost my order. I have been waiting for 30 minutes. there were three cars behind me that got their food before I did. They really need to get their service figured out and speed up their line.
