- ATAsh Ty3 days ago2.0More times than not, my order is messed up. When I was pregnant I would as for a market salad without blue cheese. 9/10 times my order would have blue cheese. Yesterday, I purchased a market salad just to get home and find that they gave me the complete wrong toppings. It isn't that one thing was missing, the whole thing was wrong. We got toppings for the southwest salad (I'm assuming)- tortilla chips and seeds. The only topping they got right was the apple cider dressing. I'm finding that my experiences at chic fil a as a whole are progressively declining. The quality is horrible, the accuracy of orders is horrible- it's now falling in line to what you'd expect from the lower end fast food chains.

- ADAngelica DuranApr 24, 20265.0I was sitting beside a group that had two special needs kids, a man I assumed was the owner passed by and the lady at the table was teaching one of the kids how to ask for a refill all by himself so he went up to the manager and asked. Carried a very polite conversation and walked back. The lady congratulated him for being independent and the manager brought over some free soft serve for the kids so they could celebrate. Came for the awesome food and witnessed outstanding service. Great job y'all. Also the strawberry hibiscus sun joy is fire!

- JMJohn McJiltonApr 7, 20262.0Just go up the road to Evans. Order was not adhered to, but the main problem is the one staff guy who was apparently the only way to get refills. Twice in the short time we were there during lunch on Monday he asked everyone in the restaurant to stop talking so he could preach about Jesus. If this were a customer I would not blame the store, but this is absolutely unacceptable from an employee. When we did ask him for refills he put the wrong drinks in our cups. Presumably because he was so focused on virtue signaling. Other employees did try to fix problems with orders.
