- JPJames PattonApr 26, 20262.0I am convinced they are not leaving the chicken in the fryer long enough. Both the nuggets and chicken sandwiches have no crispiness to them anymore. The color is more yellowed and less browning. It’s been for at least 6-12 months. We only get salads now. 🤔☹️

I was the second car in line and didn’t realize the first car had already pulled away. I was looking at my phone for a moment, and when I glanced up, one of the employees was aggressively waving me forward. She looked visibly irritated and honestly pretty angry. I could also see her talking to coworkers next to her, and it was clear she was frustrated. When I got to the window, she had already walked away, so I asked the other employees for her name and was told it was “Hayla.” I completely understand that younger staff may still be learning customer service skills, but this interaction felt unnecessarily hostile. A little patience and basic courtesy would go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to make me decide not to come back.

My order was taking longer than expected and I had somewhere to be so I asked for a refund, the employee then suggested I take the food AND THE REFUND aswell. But I insisted on just taking the food and not the refund because there was really no problem with the experience other than a little time delay. The Employees ended up gifting me some extra stuff either way. This is one of the best chik fil a in all san antonio.
