  The mobile order line is in the inner lane, which goes completely slower for the people who pre-ordered. The outer drive-thru lane is for people that are just ordering at the restaurant and that went by 20 minutes faster than pick up line for pre-ordered orders. That’s defeats the entire purpose. If you come here you better chose pick up parking space

  When I first got there to order through the drive thru everything was fine as I get to the point to receive my order I pulled up to the sign that says pull up to this point , as I was waiting the person behind me gets their food and that’s fine sometimes it happens that way so I waited and as I was waiting the young man comes to my car looking so confused and asks me mam are you okay… I responded with I’m waiting for my order , he responded with oh let me see and comes back giving me my order . I told him the sign does say pull up to this point and he tells me oh no one listens to that . I was like okay so make me feel awkward that I’m doing what I’m supposed to . I drove off and when I got home the order was not all right they gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet like I asked for and the fries were over cooked . I was really disappointed in the confusion and the food it’s not like it use to be anymore! I tried calling the store directly to speak to a manager several times and no answer it sends me to voicemail ,and I can’t even leave a message because it says voicemail is not set up yet !

  Very slow service at Chick-fil-A today. The mobile order lane was open, but I still received my order after customers in the regular drive-thru lane. This made the mobile ordering option feel ineffective and frustrating.

  Location has mobile order and drive thru Which is not clear when you’re driving up 7 members there and they declined to take my order even though I expressed to them it was my accident for going in the wrong lane. Apologize for my mistake. The team members refuse to take my order. She told me if I wanted to order I had to go back around and choose the correct lane to order. Needless to say I didn’t go back around. Just a bit disappointed and make signs visible.

  Mornin y'all.Just a heads up. You can no longer get a chicken sandwich before 1030 am on Marbach and 410 but other chickfila restaurant are willing to accommodate.Gotta say I'm very disappointed. Never had a problem getting a chicken sandwich in the morning. You'd think that it be possible because the restaurant was completely empty but manager said no. You already serve chicken breakfast sandwiches. So I came to a different chickfila and they cheerfully said yes to making me a chicken sandwich.Don't see what this big deal is. You had about 10 customers including drive thru. You'd thing manager would accommodate a paying customer.Surely you can do better! Unhappy customer! 👎🏽👎🏽
