  I don’t know why I keep coming back to this one! It NEVER FAILS my order is always wrong! On top of it being wrong, it’s cold 🙄 go figure .. Definitely DO NOT do mobile! They will come to your car ask for the name & still not receive the correct order! On top of that they don’t read it thoroughly, so when I received my food she forgot 2 other drinks and now were waiting for something that should’ve been ready. So my food is cold, again & I’m disappointed. I will definitely make the drive somewhere else.

  I just want to say I always enjoy my food and service here. It’s my favorite location. Especially your customer service leader, I forget her name but she is amazing! As a former restaurant manager she is truly a natural. Side note: the new hire Sherria is unpolished and I feel uncomfortable and rushed whenever I visit lately. She made me move up 4 times while ordering one meal in the drive thru. Then repeated it back wrong because she misheard me as she interrupted my statements by leaving my window to move me over and over again. Yikes ! I felt like I was at Jack in the box. Anyways. Not a great fit.

  I visited the woodlake location with my 4 kids. My daughter accidentally left behind her red COACH shoulder purse. I called later that evening and management stated it was found and they would hold onto it. I was not able to pick up the same evening and they were closed the next day. As soon as I could I called to let them know I was coming by (With 4 kids including 2 under 2 one being 3 months old it’s hard to get out of the house sometimes) and suddenly the purse is GONE and there’s “no camera footage”even after stating it was found previously. Someone is lying and they stole it! I’m extremely upset and will never be giving this location my business again. Not very virtuous as a Christian based company… this has been reported to corporate. Do better.

  Well, TBH.... Despite NOT being busy at all, this was the SLOWEST drive-thru at a Chick-fil-A I've ever encountered. I literally had to sit and wait for my order like I was in line at whataburger 😳 PLENTY of staff on hand, food orders for the online orders seemed to be rolling out constantly while we sat and waited. I'd say at least 12 - 15 orders went out while we sat and waited. Maybe my spicy chicken jalapeño ranch sandwich is the slow point? Sadly, they FORGOT my jalapeño ranch sauce..... Sandwich WITH that sauce is AWESOME.... without it, it's only, "OK" I only ate my fries while driving, planned on eating my sandwich once home after a LONG hectic day.... Only to find out 40 minutes of driving later no sauce was in the bag for my sandwich. Total let down. I've gotta admit, I've never really been a Chick-fil-A fanatic until this sandwich came out, my wife is the one crazy about it.... Now my new found love for a sandwich worth eating has been tarnished by lack of sauce to complete the way the whole sum of its parts comes together in an excellent explosion of flavor. 😢 Perhaps if I'm in the area, and the wife is begging to go back, I'll try again... But I'll not leave that slower than average drive thru until we verify the contents of the bag 100%

  I was served by Kandy and they were absolutely incredible!! They went so far above and beyond for me and a silly request for my kiddos. It made our whole week! Thank you so so so much Kandy for being so incredibly kind and helpful to us!
