    I as here eating at this location i eas gonna eat inside but was too pack so I ate outside in my car to be comfortable amd I went I side to get a refill on my drink and I was told no because I ate outside I still paid for my meal and and drink and I couldn't even get a refill this very upsetting for me I would understand if I just walked in with a cup but I still had my receipt

    They asked me "any sauce for my chicken sandwich" that I got thru the drivthru and they for whatever reason instead of putting it on my sandwich gave me packets of mayo..... Why would you do that instead of putting on their sandwich especially at the drivthru knowing you are going to be probably eating while driving. I have never had any experience anywhere do that. The sandwich was good though, and their strawberry tea is phenomenal!

    I always have a great experience at this location. I’ll come during my lunch break and the service is not only friendly but very quick as well. The manager even introduced himself to me one time and we had a great conversation about what I do at my work. This has been one of the most welcoming chickfilas and the staff has been fantastic when dining inside

    Order some breakfast and when we got in line the lunch hour was building up. By the time we got to the window we were 3 minutes after 10:30 and was told they stop serving breakfast, mind you the line was backup all the way to the main road. They were so many things they could have done to make it right before we came to the solution we landed at. The way manager handled it was beyond words and absolutely unacceptable. I know that this does not reflect the company itself but simply a poor management (manager) and poor judgment and choices of words.

    So much incompetence at this location from team members to management. I get told they have no grilled nuggets in the middle of the day when I’m already at the driver window after I’ve already paid. I tell them to refund me for the meal but instead I get charged again for it! Only do I notice 15 min later so I called the store. Well someone was just declining the call because I had to call 4 times before talking to someone. Finally I talk to someone and explain situation. He refunds one charge but not the other but tells me rest assured he will text me pics of the refund. About 5 minutes later they call me back and say I have to come back to get the refund from the original charge. Beyond frustrated I ask if there’s anything they can provide for inconvenience and they say I can get a meal comped. Well the person who told me this was just a team member with no authority! I finally get refunded from Martin and he tells me there’s nothing he can do for the inconvenience and my time has just been wasted by the team’s incompetence. He also told me he couldn’t do refunds over the phone but he had did it earlier so which is it??
