Until today when I ordered a pick up 6 minutes before 10:30 and I got there at 10:28 waited in the line just for them to cancel my order when I was already there. I spoke to the person and he told me he was able to view my order still but it just wasn’t made. He offered to see if they could still make it just for them to tell him they no longer had half of the stuff I ordered. The manager then tried to help and told me “As a guest myself ma’am I wouldn’t order 6 minutes before a restaurant is no longer selling the item I just think it’s not fair to the workers” which I think is very unprofessional. I work in a breakfast restaurant and if someone ordered 2 minutes before close we still make the order because that’s what we’re supposed to do, we’re supposed to satisfy the customers! I think management could’ve handled the situation a lot better.

I love seeing Maria she’s always super nice, very kind, she remembers my name (cause I come so often) Maria is the best!
