- TFT FMar 19, 20262.0Everything else has a great review but the way I witnessed the heavy set female manager with glasses speak to one of her employees over ice cream was extremely rude. Pull the employee to the side away from the customer and discuss the “proper 2 swirl rule” God forbid he have us 3 swirls instead of 2! She needs more training on how to manage her team. It was uncomfortable for me to witness that as the customer let alone him. She was loud and rude . I would not want to work for her.
