  Love the lady who served me. It was pouring rain so I just want to grab the food and leave but poor her having to hike to the curbside to bring me my order. She was so thoughtful and telling me that the juice is already in the bag. The food was hot and excellent. I will come back to this location.

  Maybe chick fil a needs to put a warning before you cancel an online order, that the money will still be charged and you cannot call and order it EVEN THOUGH THEY TOOK THE MONEY, and simply give me my order that I’ve paid for. Instead this woman told me I need to place the order and be charged another time, but that “the first amount will be refunded depending on your bank time frame”. So not only do they have a stupid online ordering system that screws you over if you need to add something you forgot, makes you cancel the whole order and get charged double times, and cannot give me what I already paid for. Wow, what a smart system. This is not the first time we’ve had problems with their mobile ordering system charging us incorrectly or taking forever to refund. Put a warning that cancelling can cause all this trouble. Not just an “are you sure you want to cancel?” Also, the manager I spoke to at 3:47PM, today 4/30/26, whichever woman answered the manager line, you were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Much like most of your employees. And management is even worse. Which goes to show why customer service is crap these days. Thanks for the most frustrating experience.

  I ordered my son a 5 piece nugget. I pulled up and was asked to go to the curbside spot cause it would be 3-4 minutes. My son was upset at the wait and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my small order. My son was livid and it was a terrible experience. Side note there was also 4-5 police cars parked next to us waiting as well and it was pretty awkward.

  Lydia the GM was rude about replacing my sandwich that they forgot during a rush on Monday. A little rain and everyone is in chaos. Still I went by today and was denied the replacement after I called and told them about their mistake. Terrible service.
