  Dirty. Take a look at the credit card machines. 🤢 Really gross. Entire restaurant needs a deep clean. Grim in cracks & crevices. Breeding ground for bacteria.

  I just want to shout out the great service that has been going on here. When I pick up my mobile orders in the Drive Thru, they always ask if I’d like to make any changes. Everywhere else makes you feel like an inconvenience to change or add things to an already placed order. The whole team is always super friendly 😁💛

  I’ve never experienced rude, unfriendly, or unprofessional service at Chick‑fil‑A until visiting this location. I ordered the new jalapeño ranch sandwich and my usual spicy sandwich, but both chicken patties tasted like they were cooked the day before. Even though I was dining in, my food was handed to me in a bag, and no one mentioned they were out of trays. I spent $19 and felt like I was being treated as if I came for free food. I won’t be returning to this location, and I believe the management needs to completely replace the current front‑of‑house staff.

  We got a sandwich for my wife on the app. They gave us the wrong sandwich with another customers name on the sandwich but her name on the bag. So we drove all the way back to get a new one because my wife doesn’t eat bacon. Low key I was looking forward to eating the sandwich she couldn’t as this is typically what happens when a place gets the order wrong. It’s just one of those rare occurrences that people look forward to while dealing with the frustration of having the wrong order. The entire ride back to the restaurant the smell of the sandwich rising out of that crumpled paper bag tempted me but I decided to exercise patience because I didn’t want them to think we ate the whole sandwich and just wanted another one. When we got there the woman at the drive thru quickly grabbed the sandwich out of my wife’s hands and tossed it in the trash before either of us could even utter a word :( I don’t know why but this shocked me like I had witnessed an act of violence. The smell of the chicken that tantalized me on the ride back now haunts me. It’s an unwritten rule that when you mess up an order the establishment lets the customer keep the bad order! This is especially true for fast food! It’s like a mini reward for making the effort and coming back. These are the types of small pleasures that make life beautiful. Who just throws away a perfectly good sandwich in the trash in this economy! I don’t understand why she did that it’s not like we’re vagrants out here hustling for free sandwiches. It’s not like the one who threw the sandwich is personally losing money on the remade sandwich it’s a multi billion dollar company! What have we become? How did we get to this point? "Humanity is lost because people have abandoned using their conscience as their compass."
