    I have been having lots of issues with the chicfila app and I reached out to support followed everything they suggested and im still having issues. Today my order never arrived come to find out their POS doesn't even have my order pending despite my payment method saying the transaction was pending. And when I reached out to the store I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience at all besides an apology. After I got off the phone with this location I called the chickfila cares hotline and he told me that something is wrong with that particular store because if I updated my app and did all the troubleshooting support suggested then its likely a restaurant issue not a tech issue. So y'all have lost my business for good because of the lack of concern and customer service. They could have made things right atleast waive the delivery fee or offer something as a consolation for something that is literally out of the customers control.

    Didn’t want to serve me breakfast at 10:25 said they were already backed up and too close to lunch before their menu switched over I was there, but I guess it was just too much of an inconvenience for them. Absolutely ridiculous. Everybody was really rude about it too. Understand you might get busy, but if you’re not trying to work, I don’t understand why you’re even there just ridiculous. I will never come to this location again you’ll be completely honest. I didn’t even see a lot of people in the line. I think they were just all in a very bad mood. Ridiculous.

    Accidentally pulled through the mobile drive thru because at this CFA is backwards than every other CFA. asked if I could order at the window and the girl told me no because there was a car behind me. Which had not received their food even after I ordered and waited for mine. So I drove back around placed my order and tried to order a gift card. I was told they couldn’t give me a gift card through the drive thru window because it’s “store policy” I’ve ordered multiple through the drive through. It was POURING RAIN AND I HAVE TWO KIDS and the manager refused to give me a gift card through the drive thru line. Which is ridiculous when asked what was the reasoning behind the store policy she couldn’t give me an answer. This “store rule” make no sense and it’s absolutely dumb and ridiculous. “If I have to give you a gift card through the window I have to do it for everyone else” And NO ONE WAS BEHIND ME. HORRIBLE. MIND YOU, AGAIN, POURING RAIN AND I HAVE TWO KIDS. these workers always have attitude and are rude. Babcock is so much better. Never going back to this one.

    Placed a delivery order and 2 hours had gone by I placed a call to figure out how long and what's going on with my order and Trent answered with his recommendation to cancel the order if it isn't fast enough. Thanks for the service.

    Do not go to this Chick-fil-A if you at all care about your food. Placed a in-app courier delivery order (not DoorDash) that got postponed from 20-30 minutes to two hours, called in for any sort of compensation which was only brought up after me asking. Best part: didn’t receive any reward despite them saying they would do something. Food arrived cold with a watery milkshake.
