  This Chick-fil-A used to have the friendliest most helpful employees not anymore especially the ones that take your orders outside and the food is not what it use to be so you would think they would try to make up for with their customers service but no even the manager has the same excuses and attitude as the regular employees

  This location used to have the friendliest most helpful employees and that has obviously changed. I accidentally unknowingly went into the mobile Lane but there was no other cars but me and two employees standing there talking to each other doing nothing I told him that I didn't know how to use the app and if they could take my order they said no that I had to drive around I told him I'm stuck there's no way out but to wait and I saw three cars waiting at the window for pickup I told him I didn't have that time to wait meanwhile two cars Drive-In and they proceeded to tell me that they would help me after they helped the two cars that got there after me so I tried desperately to figure out how to use the app but it's taking a while I am older and I could see the two employees taking orders from more cars that got there after me instead of helping me they didn't come to help me till two cars were behind me and I was holding up the mobile Lane by then I had kinda figured it out and told him I saw you helping more cars you purposely making me wait I asked for his name but he didn't give it to me and I just drove to the window and the manager looks bothered because I didn't scan it in because I didn't know I was supposed to and I proceeded to tell her everything I went through and she says we are to busy to help people in the mobile lane even after I told her I was the only one there How is a customer holding up the mobile lane making a busy situation better all I wanted was for her to say that she would tell them to be more helpful next time especially when people are older like me making customers wait behind cars getting there orders to have to drive around again seems like a punishment keep in mind once your in those lanes there is no way out you are at their Mercy so they should try to have some, the employee wouldn't give me his name and I couldn't see the managers name but it was Friday 1,2026 at around 6:40 please don't make the same mistake I did because they are super rude there it's not like before where employees would take care of both lanes the food is not good enough to deal with all this

  It took a little bit for being the only car in line to get someone to get ready for our order to get taken! Other than that all was great!

  Sky is a great employee, she gave me my order really quickly and really helpful! Will come here again
