- RMRosemary MorenoMar 10, 20261.0Horrible. I ordered delivery for my kids and delivery was through Chick Fil A. I cancelled the order due to the delivery taking too long. I placed the order at 11:38 thinking it be there before 12:30, and it arrived at 1:31. In between watching the times change and the food to be delivered later and later I called the store and no pick up, I called three times and had my daughter call as well still no pick up. So I contacted customer support who do not support at all and informed me the order was cancelled and my money will be back. But lo and behold the food arrived AFTER I cancelled. Since I was at work I asked my husband to call and he finally got someone on the phone informing him they were NOT gonna refund because they finally arrived with the food that was nice and cold, soggy and little to no fries in the boxes. Worst place ever…will not be spending my hard earned money at this location ever. Good luck to anyone who thinks this location will give you fresh food or deliver ON TIME.
