- SSSandraApr 23, 20261.0I do not know what it is with this location but everytime I get food from that exact location I get sick. I ordered Wednesday and after I ate the meal I got sick. Stomach cramps and more. I go to other locations and that doesn't happen.

This isn’t the first time that they have the kids working in weather like this. I wonder what would happen if they put the managers outside in weather like this!

Not good service at all. I did mobile carry out , then when i asked for manager , they sent me "Rachael " . We'll Rachael had no empathy. I was bothered that I had waited so long ,no apology , just a generic interaction. No ownership of my problem and as soon as I said okay , she walked away, seemingly like my compliant was meaningless

- AAAdrianApr 6, 20261.0I understand at 10:08 is breakfast. But my special needs 4 year old doesn’t understand why she couldn’t eat waffle fries. I asked for the manager and explained the situation. Did not care about my special needs daughter to help her out. Is 20 mins till lunch could not make an exception to drop waffle fries 20 mins early. Takes less than 5 mins to cook. It’s crazy to me how company tries to make it seem like they care for the customer but when it comes down to the true colors come out. Will definitely be taking my business somewhere else that my daughter will not be judge.
