  I was sitting there by the bathroom and I saw a roach run from a door in front of the bathrooms and run into the bathrooms. The rice was rough. And the steak was super dry, sad to see the sweet potatoes go

  Hey y’all! My wife and I have eaten here about 5 times now. It’s a great environment and the staff (Amber, Alexander Mgr) and the GM have shown us great hospitality and customer service. Especially being that my wife is a Celiac disease customer. We will return!!! Thank you All!!!

  I've had enough to leave this review which pains me because I love Cava. But this location is just the worst. Every time I go in, the staff is incredibly rude, one girl particularly who works the line. Because its always in the evening I assume these people may be in high school, which would explain the immaturity and lack of professionalism. Talking to another girl WHILE handling my food, literally continuing their conversation as I'm trying to tell her what toppings I want and talking over me. Then gives me attitude as if me coming in cuts into her conversation. The food is hit or miss, not as on point as other locations. I left and drove to another location that is always pleasant. I will go out of my way to a further location from now on purely due to the repeated poor service here.
